Nope, Leroy Lettering set, used for drafting. They are the templates for the letters. " old school goodies"

That actually an old [partial] drafting set. Steve and Scotty are right on with the Leroy lettering set (old school) and especially those freehand pens. I would have added those to my collection if Dennis would have named the thread something like "Who wants some old drafting tools"
