Russian? Some of the characters look either Greek or Cyrillic.

Came out of a 5 gallon bucket of mixed 9mm. Not sure where the bucket came from.

Almost looks like Sanskrit. Probably from some clandestine ammo shop in India lol. Odd that there was only one.

I saw an Austrian that was kind of similar, probably a contract for some mid-eastern country. I'm thinking Egyptian or Syrian but I can't find that headstamp anywhere.

Definitely middle eastern of some sort. I was going to guess Iranian, since that looks similar to persian (I saw some Iranian stuff when I was in Iraq), but Bob may be on to something with the Egyptian idea.
