I guess I don't get it.
The bag on the head wasn't sealed, and he had a gas mask on. All of his shots were in the head zone.

It's to restrict his oxygen and practice under extreme conditions. And, yes, all his shots were in the head zone while his target and he was moving and while he had restricted oxygen.dennishoddy said:

The seal isn't in the opening, it is at the mask intake for reduced oxygen, not no oxygen. Still silly no matter.
