In Nebraska you have to have a handgun purchase permit to purchase a handgun. It also can be used as an "express lane" checkout when purchasing long guns. Your concealed carry permit can also be used as the same.
Basically the background check is already done without a waiting period. (I don't know how it works in other states)
He probably wants to see a purchase permit to cover his ass and prove that the buyer isn't a bad guy .

I wish Oklahoma permit would allow us to skip the 4473. That's a time saver. Especially when u are at Accurate Iron and Make Ready Pro Shop as often as I do to pick up guns.

You still have to fill out the 4473. It's just quicker on the background check side I think.

Nothing will allow you to skip the 4473. Needs to be filled out on all transactions. But, I wish Oklahoma allowed you to skip the NICS check like some do.

I may order a new one or two with a bunch of custom stuff for late 2016 delivery. I don't think I could sell off the double upper/triple barrel 9mm. It's pretty specialized.
