I hate glasses!

Getting dope for my M1 at 200 yards, I can either see the target, and not so much the front sight with my glasses, or see the sight post and no target without glasses. I was shooting an 8" bull, hope fully a 10" plate will be a bit more visible, but I doubt it.

It sure ain't traditional. Some may even call blasphemy on an M1 but a small red dot just might make your shooting experience more rewarding since you will only have one focal plane to worry about.
