What were the numbers from last year? Did you see improvements? Usually the relationship between match wins and ammo shot is linear.
 
8,763 last year. Really huge improvement, a lot of upper half and top end finishes in the matches, but I did not get much practice in relation to the types of matches I shot.
 
I think in the pistol only games you gotta shoot about 30k+ per year to really get that everyday gun slinger ability. Its work to shoot more than 15k per year.
 
I loaded and shot at least 16K last year in 40SW for production division. You can probably tack on another 1500 to 2000 rnds in store bought ammo for 9mm that I shot in my carry guns. I was going to attach a pic of the empty powder bottles and the empty primer boxes, but for some reason I can't figure out how to attach a pic to a post.
