What are plate rack drills?

All the different drills you can do with plate racks. We had 2 sets of plates. We did wide transitions, entry movement, and and the always fun, "Burn Em Down, Jesse Style".

I usually focus on one aspect of shooting when I livefire practice; Accuracy, Transitions, Movement, Weapon Manipulation. Then I just design drills that pinpoint that particular aspect. I find I retain the skillset for a longer period of time.
