How do all of you get money for guns and stuff?

I sell empty beer cans I find around the lake to homeless people for 1/2 the price they get. Then I buy my guns. Sadly I won't be able to buy any this month because I'm donating them all to S4F's ammo giveaway.

I work around 800hrs of overtime a year. Works great for buying guns but I get to shoot very little, around once a month.

You guys are making all the wrong sacrifices.

Some people lie about others to feel better about themselves and to try to compensate for their own inadequacies. Either that or my sarcasm detector is broken.
As to the original question, I sacrificed for years and worked very hard to finally put myself in a good financial position. Fortunately, I have a little disposable income that I "waste" on guns and other toys.

Well this thread is going down hill, but, for me, The lean times when putting the kids through school, divorce,(I got custody, and she paid me) and all of the payments that go to housing, food, and necessities prevented a whole lot of gun purchases.
Now the kids are gone and raising their families, the house, farm, equipment etc are all paid off, so its time to play.
I'm pretty varied in the collection with everything from AR's to fine double shotguns. Pistols from pickup beaters to collectors items.
And yes, by God I shoot them all. I hunt, shoot comeptitions, plink, so on, and so on.
The hunting rifles get a season just like me. Last year was the year of the 06, next the year of the .270, etc.
Its all fun.
