Senator Don Barrington plans to introduce a bill that would make it illegal to wear a "hoodie" or mask while committing a crime or to intentionally hide one's identity. What, is the perpetuating a crime not enough? Luckily he has thought ahead and says that it will be legal to wear a mask on Halloween. Dumb or dumb?

The law is in responce to businesses being sued for having a no hat and no hoodie policy inside of the store or bank. People are trying to say it's racist to make them take off there hoods saying they are wearing them in memory of Michael Brown.

I hear that they're trying to attach a rider that hoodie manufacturers must employ thought saving technology in the fabric to allow for recording the wearer's thoughts while the hoodie is up. This in turn will be examined during any stop and frisk by the Po-Po and unless the wearer was thinking of cat memes at the time, all thoughts recorded would be interpreted as criminal and subject the wearer to arrest. I'm investing big in beanies.

Maybe 5.11 and skittles will team up for a limited edition hoodie in their concealment line...
5.11 already made a "tactical" kilt. Not sure there's much embarrassment past that.
