I had bought a Blackhawk holster for my Glock (not a serpa) and after fitting it to my belt, I realized that it was a concealment holster, Is there any rules in IPSC that say you can't alter a holster? I.E. remove screws add barrel spacers and replace screws with longer screws?

There are alot of aftermarket attachments out there. Not sure if Blackhawk makes any, but Bladetech does. With some creativity and a drill, you may be able to modify one of those.

No rules against holster mounting mods. There are dimensional tolerances relating to the amount the holster must cover the gun for USPSA Production, and for all divisions there is a maximum distance the holster w/ gun can be from your body: 50mm IPSC, 2" USPSA.
