I'm Pete. I'm not a competitive shooter; just a plinker on weekends sometimes. I'm into Curio and Relic stuff, ugly guns, and anything I can tinker with. Aestus introduced me to the board here and I like what I see. It's nice to find a gun site that talks about guns instead of politics and conspiracy theories.

I live in Weatherford but usually shoot at the Banner range. Cheers!

Welcome aboard Pete you will find this a great site, there are no zappers, jerks, "know-it-alls", and other that make some sites unfriendly.

A gun, holster, and ammo! I'd wear some deodorant too because it gets the blood flowing from the excitement.

LOL!!! I guess it could be fear. I thought it was adrenaline. I guess it can be scary with some of these yahoo's standing behind you.

There is a great beginners match this SUnday night at Heartland Outdoors in Edmond. Its recommended that you shootit with your EDC gear to.

There is also a small IDPA match in Hinton at the Firing Pin on the 1st Sunday of the month.
