I'm mostly interested in defensive handgun, but I have a growing interest in rifles and basically everything else (see signature). Wife and kids are excited about shooting more, too. We joined up at USSA this year and have been taking part in the training groups (which has been excellent).

Welcome...Kudos to you for training with your family! Let us know what you think of the training groups.

Come on out the December 19th 3-gun in Arcadia. If you are interested in practical rifle/shotgun there's no better way to try it. You're welcome to use any of my kit.

Very generous offer, Chambers, thanks! Escaping for a whole day that close to the holiday may be off the list for me, but I will check with the woman in charge. 3-gun sounds like a ball.

Last week I got advanced from Handgun I to Handgun II in the training group, so in the next few days I'd like to do a write-up over my experience in Handgun I. Overall I can say it's been excellent though, and the price is certainly right.
