Help me with spring rates for Glock

I'm getting some 40 minor loads from Atlanta Arms for my G35. Any first guesses for what I should change the spring rate to?? Thanks.

Also, what springs are guys running for loads that will just make major?

My production gun is a G22 and i'm pretty sure i have a 13lb spring in it.

I love 40 minor it feels like cheating!

I run a 15lb spring in my G35, a 180 going 730 is soft fast and flat in my Glock.

Captured or not doesn't make a difference. It's just easier to put the spring back into the pistol when it's captured. I use to use a 14 lb spring in my G34.

I use a 13# spring in my 34 no issues with any ammo.
