Recent transplant from Long Island, NY. Escaped New Yorkistan with my family.

Been in SC since April waiting for my first house to be built in Spartanburg. Will be getting my CCW once my house closes mid August.

Very happy to be here and in familiar territory of Christian Conservatives.

I was involved in the firearm community in Long Island. Shot USPSA, IDPA and attended full day defensive use firearms training a few times a year.

I also attended local town hearings to fight gun control measures. Helped defeat mandatory gun storage in Brookhaven. Also helped defeat a Republican state senator in the primary who voted for the SAFE act (Phil Boyle) from becoming Suffolk County sheriff (but our pick was later defeated cause the Conservative party backed the democrat in the general election as a snub against gun owners defeating their boy Boyle).

I look forward to interacting with everyone here and finding a solid private range so I can continue training and competing again after I get settled in my new home.

I'm also a life long martial artist whose been training in Seiyu Oyata's Ryukyu Kempo (full contact Karate) for over 23 years. I'll be turning my garage into a private training facility. So excited to get that set up. Told the wife, once we leave my stipulations are near a gun range, I get an office/bourbon room and the garage is my dojo. The rest of the house is hers lol.

Welcome to SC, please do not bring the standard NY Voting Habits with you.

Just double checking, you can never be so sure.
Ok to be clear. Me and my wife are constitutional conservatives. Have no intentions on effing up the political landscape of SC. Plan to fully embrace the culture and to support extending firearm rights and all rights for that matter. And I wasn't a fan of state senator Marlon Kimpson's lying speech on constitutional/open carry during the floor debates in the senate.

Alright, Welcome to SC!

Welcome to SC and welcome to the forum.
Check out Philson Crossroads gun range. It's in the National Forest.
We used to do ShootsZenFests there.
It's a standard 100 yard outdoor range, but it's not too far from Spartenburg.

Pops!

Welcome, and glad to have you a part of the forum.
