The Ruger 10/22 & the AR15 platform are so customizable it's an industry so big today.
At the LGS I saw primers for $25.00 & powder for $36.00 a pound but all the many AR, AK, 10/22 parts were plentiful & affordable.

Guns & parts are there, it's the Gas that's in very short supply, with no end in sight.

wish I'd seen / known about the Brownells video series. It would've been a lot easier to assemble the 1st lower I pieced together.
The job came out fine, though I used tools I had on hand , not specialized tools. I followed a Youtube video on assembling the lower parts
that was not as clear, in verbal instruction, or video clarity, as the Brownells links. Still managed to assemble one, and had 1 of my sons assemble one, with me providing direction. Good times.

Brownells AR tutorial site is new as of the past couple of weeks, now they need to do the same of the 1911 and I emailed and suggested it.

Great idea... lets hope they follow up with some 1911 videos.
