I believe that these "straw man purchases" are a smoke screen for the anti-gun federal forces of this administration. Seriously, a drug cartel leader who has aircraft that can skip around the globe is going to waste time buying guns and gear from mom & pop gunshops in the US? Would be easier just to place an order with a Chinese supplier for a few containers of Chinese made AK47's.

None of the current fear mongering coming from this administration makes sense and only implies that the Mexican problem is caused by us having firearms. Never let a "crisis" go to waste ya know...
