I've seen all kinds of mods people do to "get an edge".

Grip stippling, remove finger grooves, beavertails, add beavertails etc etc.

I understand some are more form than function, but what's next?

Well I got one that popped into my head...what about adding more radius to the beavertail by removing a lil material. Namely for m&ps, glocks and so on?

Has something like this been done? Did it weaken the frame?

I'm just spit balling, its not all gonna be golden.:)

Instead of dropping a grand or so into a glock etc. you should get a 2011 for limited. It is a better gun for the division.

Sit back until a used Edge comes up for sale.

If you are dead set on a plastic gun all you need are sights, trigger, grip tape, and magazine that hold 20 rounds.

I hear ya. Id love to get a 2011 and probably will one day.

I wasn't planning on doin any mods to my m&p other than upgrade the parts you mentioned.

I was just kicking an idea around and ended up posting it.

The theory behind the beavertail cut is to get even higher on the grip.

I dunno just throwing out idears!
