First, it was the birds he would just sit and watch while they ate his food, now this morning, we saw a rat run up and start pillaging his food bowl, while he just sat and watched...

Yep, he was a shelter adoption, so he was neutered when I got him (2 mo old pup). Now that I think about it, his behavior isn't that surprising considering he has no balls....
