Make sure you use the format below with all the info on the match. It looks like you almost got the link posted but it only linked part of the link name. GO to the PracticScore page and just cut and paste the address from the address bar at the top of the page

There is nothing that we can turn off that would restrict your permissions to copy / paste. Every other user has been able to do this which leads me to believe that it has to be something on your end from a system standpoint. Try additional browsers - screen shot your exact workflow if necessary and send it to us.
