This is a question for Jesse,

On that new video you posted, those were dummy shotgun rounds right? I assume they were since you had your finger on the trigger. lol

Yeah I always practice with dummies. I had to keep my finger in the trigger guard to help hold the gun up and steady with no movement so it would stay in the close up. I'm also balancing in one foot with the broken ankle.

So don't put your finger in the trigger guard unless your on target ready to shoot.

P.S. This definately is firearm related so I'm moving it to the video section.

I figured they were dummy rounds, but I had never seen any dummy rounds before so I didn't know what they looked like.

Also what were you saying throughout the video? the only thing I could really catch was something about 6 seconds.

I was saying that the par on the timer was 6 seconds. With shotgun reloads the goal is usually one round per second. If you watch magpuls new shotgun video Travis is still trying for 1 round every two seconds lol!

Brownells and several other places sell dummy rounds. These are the ones in the video:

Yes they are pretty tough too. Let me know if you order I could use a couple new boxes.
I'm going to pick up those dummys from Chris at H&H this sunday. If you don't make it, I'll get yours to you later. I'll probably buy some of these as well, since you said they wear out relatively fast. I should have my shotgun back from Cyrwus this weekend too. I want to do alot of practice loading between now and the next 3gun match.
