Good Spots for catfish

I live in midwest city just got into fishing... Where are some good spots for catfish lakes, ponds, rivers?

I don't live in okc but I've heard that Hefner is good.
Sign up with wildlifedepartment.com and get their weekly email that gives fishing reports weekly. Most reports are by game wardens.
