I am thinking about changing the sights on my 19 and installing some night sights. Just curious what everyone recommends for a pusher, or if anyone has one that they could loan me (I'd pay shipping both ways and a deposit if needed). I don't need it right away just doing some planning right now.

Slide in a vice with leather on the sides?
That's How I do it. Aluminum punch is great to get new sights in without tearing them up.

I have 2 sight tools (so far). I use the MGW Glock tool the most. The only complaint is that it would not work on the Dawson adjustable rear sight. I could get it in the dovetail, but I could not get the slide out of the tool afterwards. Ended up using the free punch that came with that rear sight.

I have purchased a Hillwig Sight Tool for the XD platform (will work on others too) I have loaned it out to a friend who has attempted to push out 2 sets of XD sights and it won't budge them. Built like a tank, but the sights are held in my the hand of Zeus.

For what it is worth, I just did the Glock Armorer's Class and it was implied that the MGM was the best sight pusher out there (they really won't come out and say anything good about any product except Glock). That said, I just installed a set of Dawson competition sights with the tools that come with the sights and a file, pretty easy. Stay safe
