Thanks

Is this one of the things they give away at the Glock Shoots ????

Or, sometimes they sell them at the NRA Banquets...

Call someone like EastCoast Guns. They are big supporters of the NRA program. They should be able to tell you about them..

I believe you just trade the cirtificate for a Glock...but, I don't know for sure...

My google-fu is not very good but I got some info from the certificate holder.....he won it at a GSSF match.

I pressed him for more info, and got the following:
The certificate is from Glock US, and entitles the holder to a free pistol. G17,G19,G26,G22,G23,G27,G31,G32 or G33 Gen 3 or Gen 4.

You can pay an additional charge and get different models. For example, $110 for a G20C or G21C or $107 for a G34/35 (long slide models).

The certificate IS transferrable, and must be sent to Glock USA from a dealer, with a copy of their FFL, and a check for the upcharge (if you go that route).

Takes about 8 weeks, and the pistol shows up at the dealer, and you pick it up.

I also learned that if you are a member of GSSF, even if you don't shoot their matches, once a year you get a certificate to buy a Glock at wholesale price.....worth the $30 per year if you ask me.....

That is exactly what I heard, about what you get and the up charge pistols, but if the store has in stock what you are looking for they should let you take it home and glock replaces the stores gun. That is how I heard it, I normally see those run close to $500 lowest $450. Hope that helps.

Sent off the certificate on 4/21 through Gunslingers ($25 and ease of access for me to and from work), my first time using them for a transfer.

Ingrid Stewart (the Glock lady that handles this stuff) called on Monday 5/5/14 to get payment for my upcharge. Paid and asked how long it would be before I saw the pistol, she says 3-5 weeks depending on production....DAMN!

So, anyway, I got a call this morning from Gunslingers. Pistol arrived. Damn thing might as well have still been warm, with a test fire date of 5/4/14!!
