I've had great experience with the TTI basepads in both small and large.

I've been thinking about the Dawson Precision Tooless Basepad from Tony over at Make Ready Pro Shop for my G34. Being tooless is a big plus for being able to clean them out quickly while at the range.

I was to but i watch a video you have to alter the follower in the new glocks, you have to make the back rounded

I saw that as well, but I think you may have to do a little follower tuning with any extended base pads.

Some truth to this. I put extended base pads on my S&W mags, and had to do some extensive file work rounding the radius in the corners, or the follower wouldn't enter the extension.
Others just installed them, and they worked without any modifications.

You knock the edges off of the followers so they don't hang up in the transition. I always liked the dawson cause they are easy to take apart but won't fall apart. The Taran Tactical pads I have on my STI are sweet too.

I got Dawsons for my Glock 35 G4 they work great no issue for both 9mm and 40 S&W, i used sand paper to bevel the followers as per the instruction in the bag did all 4 in about less than 10 minutes very easy to do.
