Does any body have a stock Gen 3 G17 upper and a postal scale handy? I need to find the weight difference in a stock upper compared to my Open upper with the Lone Wolf Threaded Barrel, Compensator, Coffin Cut in the slide, C-More STS & Mount.
With minor ammo there isn't enough energy to get the slide moving fast enough to eject the cases with authority. It runs great with STS and stock barrel. Just curious as to how much wieght I started with and how much I need to shave off yet. I know its going to be around the weight difference between the stock barrel and Wolf barrel/comp combo but I want to be dead nuts on here.
