I'm glad she is OK. I hope she goes to a training session and learns how to use the gun effectively in case this occurs again. Once again, The Buddy System is the best. Don't place yourself in dangerous places/situations without backup. If you can help it, don't do things alone.

Good for her! Hopefully she'll get some range time in and get more familiar with her gun. And hopefully she has it in a holster, not just her pocket.
