What the **** kind of training was that? I've never seen that type of one-handed transition from rifle to pistol

Oh my gravy, It is amazing no one got shot I woulnt work a hot range unless my life depended on it. and what if you dont drop fast enough......

Anybody able to make out their ensignia on their hats and sleeves.

OK found out who they are... i could not believe that video, i had to rewatch the part where one guy drops to the ground while the guy BEHIND HIM starts shooting... they are out of california... watch the video..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGjBPBJ8CVs&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

here is their home page
http://www.americand...s.com/index.htm

he starts out by saying "we do dangerous things" and then says (and no i am not joking) "the objective is more important than your life" really what does that even mean..

here is where they talk about the "american warrior test".. just read it, it sounds like a bunch 13 year olds who just played call of duty...The "American Warriors Test" is approximately 7 hours of continuous shooting, spinning to engage targets and moving

Here is another video where one guy is downrange and the other guy is firing within 5 feet of him!!

Can we get a report from the local hospital on how many people have visited since thay started this type of .... "Trainning"?
How many were able to leave alive or not?

Holy sh!t !!!!! Hahahahah! You want to shoot like professionals you have to to train with one!!!! Hahahah..

Holy Mother of all screwed up video's!! There is so much fail, I can't even start. :banghead:

What is the reason for.....

Why did they do that?......

Ok, I'm going to watch the rest now...... :sign0085:

Ok, I've got it figured out. The first video is of the "instructors", doing a little dance to show how "professional" they are.

Later video is of newbs they are supposed to train.

I'm on the fence with this one. Yeah, the first is for show, but back in the day, I've had to drop to the ground as I was out of ammo, and the guy behind me wasen't. Real life situations may dictate unsafe scenerios.

I could look it up, but one of the great Generals of the US, and I'm thinking its Gen Patton said that success in war is the one that makes the least mistakes.(somebody correct me if I'm wrong)

An assault looks good on paper, but when people, terrain, weather, become involved, its all a game changer.

I know when going through Advanced Infantry Training, ( I wasn't classified as an infrantryman, but a radio man) we had to crawl through 100 yds of full auto fire from an M60 laced with barbed wire. The MG fire was 36" over our heads. Simulated Artillery and grenade rounds went off around you. Incredibly intense, but great training.

Real life......a lot of American Soldiers have been killed by "Friendly fire".
In a combat situation, some foreign combatants may have infiltrated through the perimeter, the fighting may be hand to hand in total darkness. No night vision, explosions going off every where from grenades, mortars, guns on full auto, people screaming, aircraft in the vicinity coming in..........Its totally horrifying.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but dangerous training does exist.
I think the company putting this on tried to do too many "dance moves" to attract customers.

Back to funny gun pics.

sorry, i am not training anywhere where people are shooting with me downrange, not worth the risk, i will just "improvise" if i am ever in the situation, i am not going to have someone fire over my head while i drop to the ground for "training"
