No, but me paying them to render a product and service should at least constitute some communication on their part, even if it's to tell me they are weeks behind, no problem, would just like to know. Other people haven't been so lucky with other manufacturers. Google "Ozark Ordnance" sometime for a laugh.
I'm sure Stand 1 is fine but people will understandably be cautious about ordering reman from a new vendor.
Glad you were able to get it resolvedI wasnt trying to get into it about the sponsor, i was just trying to find out any facts before i tried harder to get ahold of them. I have never had this level of delay and lack of communication with them before. One of the items i ordered was actually not in stock, an inventory error, however it took me emailing back and forth and actually asking about it to get that information from them, when what should have happened was some sort of communication indicating that they could not fulfill the order and refund me the amount of the item. They finally shipped most of my order, i can understand delays and dont mind waiting, but at least inform your customers why their order changed and why things are behind.
