Anyone recently order anything from them and have problems? My order has read pending for 2 weeks and can't get a hold of anyone at the company through phone or email to save my life. I see on their FB page that there have been a few folks with the same issue, but they seem to live in less free states.

I've been trying to deposit a certificate into my account for 3 months with no success. Email & phonecalls to multiple people but no response. Good luck!
 
I ordered a 1000 rounds from them last Thursday and it shipped Tuesday.

Slowhand23: Are you entering the red code at the top right of the cert? Did you do all caps? Ordered mine with the certs I won here.
 
Yeah. If that is the case, some communication would be nice. No word from them on any outlet. Also, I tried the email instructions like was on the prize thread and it kicked it back, but entered in the code on the cert on their website and it worked and let me apply it to my order.

What have you done up to this point? You have to send in the certificate for them to credit it to your account

This certificate is from last years Boomershooters "guess how many 223 bullets in the jar". I followed the same process that has been successful in each of the last 3 years.

1. Scanned certificate and emailed to Anthony to be deposited in my account, after no response left voice mail message. This process worked the last 3 yrs.
2. Again no response, forwarded original email to sales address and followed up with phone call which went to voice mail during business hours so left message.
3. Noticed a Xtreme email contact listed in the 2015 prize thread, forwarded email to [email protected], no response.
4. Ordered bullets during the recent 20% off sale and added my struggles in the comment section and requested support.
 
I didn't have any problem entering my certificate codes on their website and then placing an order. Order arrived in about 1 week.
 
I ordered some bullets from XTreme Bullets on 5-1-16 and it still shows processing on 5-6-16. That is unusual. However, it is also unusual to have 20% off all week. I hope everything is ok.

FIVE DAYS? Travesty.
