We are beginning the horrendous (to me) process of some home remodeling. So we need to make some room.

This is a TV/entertainment hutch thats probably designed for a large CRT TV, its what we had originally in it, the back wall, or backing board (1/8" particle board or luan) of the hutch got cut out to fit the massive tv we once had. Wouldnt be a big deal to go get a sheet to replace it. It would fit a pretty big flatscreen, whats in it in the pics is a 37" flatscreen. Opening is just scant of 42.5"

Its 76" tall, 48" wide, and 26" deep at its largest point, the top molding. Its not a small piece.

its a Broyhill, very well made, and is very structurally sound, doors close properly, no issue other than the nicks and scratches that you can see in the pics. Theres a decent amount of them, The top edge of the tv shelf got nicked up pretty good from singlehandedly deadlifting a 400# TV on and off it. Some furniture touchup crayons would do a lot of good to it.

Id like someone to get it that can really use it, and not just list it on CL to make a couple bucks. Maybe a young couple, or one of your flock is leaving the nest, etc.

I can help you load it up onto a pickup, but I cant deliver it, nor will I keep it for a while; I want it out in a day or two. Also, no gun work comes with this free deal; you just happen to have a gun in the truck that need sights or something, tough elephant dung. Its most likely going out on the patio in the next couple days and then Ill probably drag it to the burn pile.

Im about 9mi East I-35, on the east side of OK County, in Jones.

Let me know if you need more pics. thanks!

I just went through a year of this process. Its not pretty. We fired two contractors with great credentials, and finally got one guy that was gold.

Here is my reccomendation: Be cautious hiring some private contractor, Our first two spent months doing a job that should have taken a few weeks. Good work, but they contract to everybody that will hire them and shift their time between jobs.

The last one spent almost 6 months on a bathroom remodel. Totally awesome tile work, cabinets, etc, but my wife wouldn't let me fire them.
I finally hired a brick and mortar store owner, and got everything else done in weeks for a total kitchen remodel.
