I'm thinking about not attending this weekends Cowtown Classic if I can find warm bodies for my slot and my buddies slot.

Anybody looking to attend for free?

I also have a double queen room reserved at the Candlewood in Weatherford that I can transfer to you. Hotel fees are on you.

I too will not make it to the Cowtown match and will offer my paid slot free.
I do not know how this works but my slot is on Squad 1, Michael Rush.

There is a wait list but they won't give you a dime for a refund which is shitty business if you ask me. If somebody else is willing to pay to take your spot you outta be willing to give a refund less a service charge.

I thought since we waited until the last minute we were gifting here aka, paying it forward?
So when we need in a match in the future it may come back to us. Yes?

Does seem like a refund less a fair admin fee would be more in balance.

That's what the big 3-gun matches do as long as someone on the wait list can make it and pays.
