Since I am doing a trust and naming both my wife and myself on it. Do I have to to put her name on the form 1 with mine? Or can I just use my name on it.
Also, instead of putting my and her name on the engraving, can I just use our last name followed by trust?
Example:
Instead of:
Jim and lois Jiggles, Oklahoma City, OK
Can I just put:
Jiggles Trust, Oklahoma City, OK.
