This is my first build. I'm using Sig upper and lower, BCM 18" SS410 Barrel, Syrac gas block, AP 15" custom hand guard, American Gold trigger, and a Nickel Boron R-Guns Bolt Carrier Group. I will like any help.

First of all, Welcome to BoomerShooter!
Glad you stopped in.
We have folks here that do a lot of builds, but it looks like you have a pretty good start. :D

Sounds like he needs an ace stock and a quality comp such as jp, rolling thunder, or sjc Titan And he is golden

He's got a Rolling Thunder :D

Hell yeah it'll go together. Use duct tape and bailing wire if ya need to.
Your right, Burk did get it from you. I can see it now, "Matt and Burks Barnyard Barrel Works".
I lost my emoticons or I would show a smiley face.

The safety on your AR Gold trigger may need some fitting. I'm no expert but someone here will be able to explain it to you.

Welcome to the party!

Thanks for the help, what butt stock do you think I need to get and does a fixed do better than a adjustable?

Personally, I like an adjustable. Look at the Magpul stocks. I have a UBR on one of mine and I really like it. It really comes down to personal prefference.

If you do go adjustable I would say to look for one that locks when adjusted so there is no rattle. It just makes the rifle feel better built and stable.

JMHO.

Granted I haven't shot any 3gun yet, but on my recent build, an 18" rifle gas system I stayed with a rifle length buffer tube and RRA Operator 2 stock. On my carbine I use a mission firt tactical 6 position adjustable. I think if you're buying expensive comps, barrels and utilizing rifle gas to tame recoil and stay on target, it only makes sense to use a rifle buffer and aid the process, of course so many pro's don't so it must not matter?

Stocks are like socks there is no perfect one. I had adjustable stocks before and I never adjusted them so I use fixed do I don't always have to check that my stock is in the proper spot. First thing done does when the check out or shoot your rifle is adjust the stock. It's a cat lady to move it back after the beep.

Ive got a UBR as well. The good thing about them is they are solid and you can use set screws to have a pre determined stop point, that way you can just slam it all the way back and it will be perfect every time.

The bad thing about them is they are so damn heavy so Im looking to use an ACE stock when my Boomer lower comes in.
The CTR and STR are pretty light. I still say check out Magpul. Magpul has a really good selection of parts. I chose the UBR because I wanted the extra wieght to offset my medium profile barrel (16" CHF FN M249 SAW mil-spec), which it did perfectly. My rifle is ballanced over the magwell, right where I wanted it. For my use it was the best choice. If you want something light I would go with the CTR. If you need storage for batteries for a flashlight or laser sight then you may consider the STR or ACS.

However, it does come down to personal preference. I would say the best way would be to handle a few rifles witth the stock type you were thinking about and go from there. Either way the AR-15 platform is very adaptable to any need. Check out my blog link below and you can see what my rifle looks like. I have all Magpul furniture and an Adam's Arms midlength piston kit on it and it fires smooth and the recoil is very much like my Walther G-22, little if any muzzle rise. Sure beats a carbine any day of the week. And my Kies NiBor bolt is super easy to clean, not that it even needs it.
