Failure to feed last round....

Ok heres the setup... FN SLP Mk1 22" C-rums just did a lifter and trigger job and I opened up the loading port area...I also trimmed the magazine spring to around 14" sticking out of the top of the tube. The gun cycles and runs great...its just that when the last round is coming out of the tube the bolt locks back and the shell is just hanging out on the lifter...if you pop the bolt release it chambers just fine...It did this at the end of every full load yesterday during practice... Any suggestions?

Well...I though that as well so I put in a spare stock spring...same issues. I spoke with Jeff C. and he said that the lifter spring could be the cause...going to replace that and try again!!
