If they do that they will have to ban a serious chunk of Facebook to do it. Not to mention their gun related gaming applications, other gaming participants, military participants, etc. and so on. That alone would severely hurt Facebook, especially since it's use is slowing down among the younger members.

Can any of you Facebookers out there provide a list of gun related FB pages? I know both Palmetto States (Armory & Defense) are on there.

Glock, Beretta, NRA, just type the company or subject matter in search and you will find PLENTY of them!

Facebook made an official statement regarding this charge. Looks like according to their policy, they will only be pushing back against illegal or questionable private sales. Shouldn't affect any legitimate dealers or mfgs.

Seeing as how a private sale is a legal sale I would like to see the big name "legitimate" dealers leave the site in protest.
If I had a facebook page I would delete it. I don't want to see a picture of what my friend from 5th grade that I haven't seen in 20 years just ordered at an over priced food truck so I never set one up.
Facebook can do what ever it wants with its site but I don't have to participate. Its time we take our money where we are wanted and let ALL businesses realize responsible gun owners have lots of money and should not be discriminated against because of the actions of criminals. The criminals will continue to sell their guns out of trunks in back alleys and I will continue to use this forum. ARFCOM and armslist.
Does this mean facebook will also censor photos of underage drinking, gang activity and illegal drugs?
