Anyone else getting notifications of a private message from this individual? Cant locate them on the memberlist....no private message existed.

yup. I checked user profile, and considering this person has zero posts and just joined today, I'm saying spambot. Didn't even open the message, just deleted.

My email notice said it was in reference to a Katalog? Still have no message though...

The account has been deleted.
Do not try to open just delete.
We try really hard to keep the spammers out.
You would be amazed how many of them have been banned and deleted.

We do the best we can to control the spammers.
I can delete their posts but I don't have a mechanism to remove all the private messages they may have sent.

If you see "This message was sent by a user no longer registered." it means I have zapped a spammer.
Please delete the message and do not open.

You've got my sympathy. I run a phpBB-based forum for another group and keeping the spambots out is almost a full-time job some days. It's crazy how good they are at getting around all the security measures available to forum admins. If you tweak the settings to enforce enough security to keep the bots out, most people wouldn't be able to sign up, either. Very annoying.
