I love the enos forums. I spend much of my online time there. However, I'm amused at the stance they have taken against any political talk. I hope they realize when an EO comes down making ARs "destructive devices" that 3 gun will be dead and buried.

i think it is just to prevent the over the top craziness that usually results, one of the most racist, crazy, threads i have ever read was on AR15, where they were saying if you owned a business to "fire all blacks", etc..

So far, we have kept the discussions civil here about the possibility of gun control restrictions.
The radical responses that I've seen on other forums won't cut it here. We aren't that kind of forum.

Unfortunately there are gun owners who are just not wired right,just as in the rest of society. I also wonder how much of that is trolls doing some baiting.

Its very possible that could be true, but I've met some gun owners that shouldn't be. I know some people that shouldn't be behind the wheel, and the list goes on.

I agree on the political talk in general. But if it's about possible legislation or shenanighans on the guns we use I feel it's pertinent. I don't get it either in that regard.

That's a heavily moderated forum, and political discussions tend to get loud which kind of mucks up the Zen-groove they're going for.

Everything Ive herd about it has the same vibe to it could be why I've never bothered siging up. There are after all so many hours in the day and only a few minutes can be spent on gun porn websites such as this

I get why they don't allow it; however, most every one on that forum (I'm a member there as well) seems to stay fairly level headed regarding most discussions. I think most of our community (ie: competitive shooters/repsonsible gun owners, ect...) tend to agree or have a similar stance on ridiculous gun laws.
