Ear Protection - Asking for your opinions

Boy am I ticked! I contacted LA Police Gear to ask a question about an earmuff they offered. They politely and thoroughly answered my question. But then I started getting e-mails from them claiming I'd put an item (not related to the item I was asking about) in my "cart" and hadn't followed up. It's happened 5 times already and each time it's a different product from their catalog. I wrote them about it and asked they remove me from their list of customers. They apologized and said it would not happen again................but it has happened twice since. It's outright phishing and I don't appreciate it. Anyone have any dealings with them who might have a contact name I can use to get this harassment stopped for good?

I lost my last good $400 in ear protection. about a month after I bought em. for sound block, plain ol orange foam plugs are best. I did like the in ear ones I lost. they were pretty comfy too
