I'm in the market for a new pistol and was looking for something that would work for competitions and came across the EAA Witness Match. Seems like a lot of gun for the money; adjustable rear sight, 18+1 cap, all steel, extended mag release, big grips (big plus for me, I have manimal paws), $499+tax.
Anyone have any time in with these? I know it's kind of a CZ clone, but I've never shot a CZ either.
The other option is get a Springfield XDm 4.5 9mm, or wait for the XDm 5.25 to hit stores. I've shot the 5.25 at H&H and it's very nice. Trigger pull could be shorter, though. And it's looking like the cheapest I will be able to find one is around $690.
I know I'm new, I tried the search with no luck. Sorry if I missed something.
Thoughts?
Please don't say "Get a Glock".
Grip angle is kinda weird to me.
