DPMS MK12 and 3G1

Has anyone had any experience with either of these two rifles? Spent some time shooting my buddies LR-308 and it was a blast...now I want one.

I don't think the .308 3G1 actually exists. I've only heard of one guy that has one. He said he won it at a match if memory serves me.
