DSA has a complete uA3 upper with Nitride coated barrel. M4 feed ramps. $275.00. Now, I don't want to be cheap, but I can't spend a lot. I just want a decent quality to go with a 3-9x compact scope my dad is sending me. The DSA has some good reviews on AR15.com. We'll see I guess.
Nothing wrong with DSA they have a good product. If you are going for a reasonably price build you might try cruising the EE on ARFcom, I've picked up a few deals on used stuff there before.
