If you find a 550 for $250 - GET IT - no questions asked - unfortnately these things hold resell value very much so.

Bought my 650 for $100.00. Then I spent about $600.00 on dies and accessories to start reloading. If you have some of the accessories already then you know what I mean but if you do not then get with someone to see what you will need and then price the items out. Keep an eye on Enos as they come up from time to time in the classifieds. Good Luck

There is nothing comparable to Dillon. I've been there, done it and lost money doing it.

The ultimate setup is a Dillon 550 (if it suits your volume), or a 650 and then a Redding T7 turret for low volume/precision rifle. They only possible way to improve this would be additional 550/650's or a 1050. :D

You should definitely go blue. Even if you need to wait, or sell a gun to fund it. Don't look back.

I used dillon in the past (550) got back into shooting last year and did the research for loading. I needed multiple calibers ( 9mm, 40, 45, .223) I went with hornady lnl and am very happy with it. Don't think you can do it for 300, but just my 2 cents.
