Did Springfield change the 9mm XDM mags?

I've had trouble with ammo hanging up in my mags from the beginning. I was looking at a CDNN catalog yesterday and the mags in the picture had straight walls instead of the grooves that run up the length of mine. I was wondering if they might of did it to fix the problem I'm having. I tried to post pictures of each, but I kept getting errors.

I haven't called to ask about a design change, but I guess I will. I did call them about ammo hanging up in the mag. Actually I haven't had problems with brass, although the bullets rattle in the mag. Wolf ammo gives'm hell.

Got a response back from Springfield. No design change. The picture I saw was inaccurate.
