Filed under the category of the country getting stranger every day, a Sheriff's deputy in Texas, after being hurt responding to a 911 call, is suing the caller. Harris County sheriff's Deputy Brady Pullen, now known as Special Snowflake, is seeking up to $200,000 from the caller because she didn't provide 911 with a psychological workup on the person she was calling about. When some wonder how the us-vs-them attitude spreads, they should consult stories like this.

I hope she wins, counter sues for legal fees and drives Special Snowflake into living in his car.

that sheriff better think about letting his legal team win. if they win you could say that sets a presadent that we dont ne cops anymore, we will just handle it ourselves so we dont get sued by those sworn to "protect and serve".

no kidding. Nobody will call the cops if they think they might get sued if the cop gets hurt.
