demiled rifle for drill

Anyone got one or know where to buy one? I am asking for the secretary at my office. Her son is in AFROTC and is starting to drill and she wanted to get him a "real" rifle to practice with.

I'm all for supporting high schoolers with hobbies that dont include an xbox so I was trying to help her out.
