If you're deer hunting anywhere near Ridgeland and looking for a deer processor, consider (the new) Carolina Meat Market. It's under new ownership/management and the changes are startling. From the outside it looks the same. But when you enter the changes are immediately apparent – for starters, it smells surgical suite clean! My deer meat came beautifully packaged and clearly labeled. The prices are very fair, and the service is outstanding.
