Define "old guy."

I started working my legs hard in the gym again this winter (squats, leg presses, stair-stepper, etc.). Walk a mile six days a week. Only way to fight aging is eat well, exercise, and think young (I've been doing that exceptionally well since 1 years old). But, I'll share an insider staying young secret. Sip some quality bourbon once in awhile. Bourbon is to youthful vigor as spinach to Popeye.

"Sip" = Trying to taste it instead of chuggin it. Chuggin is reserved for special occasions (my sister called and similar aggravating people and events).

70 in a couple of months and in the last 10 yrs have had right archilies and left cut and repaired, scope left knee, replace left knee, complete left shoulder rotator cuff blow out and repaired, hurt every morning and nite but still manange to make top 25% in 3-gun. You guys have a lot of shooting left in you.

I do like posts showing there is still a place for us senior citizens.

I'm a few years junior to Benny and have my share of aches and pains, but as long as there are folks like Benny still competing, I feel I can at least keep trying.
