Dawson extensions?

Before I pull the trigger on some, is there more to buy? In other words, do you use the stock spring and follower? XDm .40 16 round magazine.

They come with springs.

Check out Taran Tacticals base pads too. I think he has managed to find a way to get an extra round in them.
