Our utility doesn't back charge. If we go over, they include the overage to next years average calculation. They include a running account each month so we can keep track. We have kicked in a little extra these last two months

Mine was $750 this month!!! SOB. It usually runs $350-400 in July and august. Drill baby drill!!

I signed up for the OG&E monitoring program, I get email alerts and can monitor usage online. I used 300kWh last week and my next bill will be about $105. As long as I keep the air off between 2pm and 7pm, I'll be buying more ammo.
