CZ 75 for 3 gun?

Anyone using a pistol like this? I know they are popular in the world of Production, but wondered about a SAO for 3 gun. Is something like the 2011 going to be a much better option? I've not shot a cz single action trigger, or one that had any work done. Just curious as to the viability of something like this.http://czcustom.com/cts9mmblueinv.aspx. The mags would be cheaper even if the gun isn't terribly cheaper. I know there are some good offerings that start around $1,000 for a single action cz.

Any gun that will play in uspsa or IDPA is a good candidate for 3Gun. The CZ would work fine for 3gun. There's no reason it wouldn't. What are your reservations about it?

As a long-time CZ user, I say they are very good guns for any type of competition.
I've used my Shadow in Multi-gun a lot.

No real reservations. Just asking because a tricked out Czech is cheaper than a 2011. I'm just looking at 2011 alternatives.

Yeah, it should work fine. I'm not real familiar with the CZ's, but I think in USPSA they have to go Double Action at the buzzer. I'm not sure what the call would be for 3Gun since there are no prod./lim. divisions.
